As COVID-19 continues to spread and disrupt lives, it is normal to be experiencing fear, anxiety and an increased sense of isolation—both physically and emotionally. It’s more important than ever that we connect with others, listen and support one another.

We’re here to help. If you’re feeling anxious, scared, depressed, alone or simply just want to talk to someone, you can connect with HearMe’s trained listeners for free. They can provide emotional support whenever you need to relieve stress or connect with another person who understands what you’re going through. Social distancing doesn’t have to mean social isolation. We’ll be here when you need us.
